Referrals invited for “Management Trainees” and “Assistant Managers” Positions for A Global Leader in Business Process and Technology Management company. Work location:Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida…. Experience :2 to 5+ years.. Qualification: Graduates (B.Com Preferred).

Accounts Payable candidates with the experience on Invoice Processing , Payments, Travel Reimbursement and Salary Processing preferabily from Manufacturing industry . Exp in SAP and Oracle will be prefered.

Experience:MT – 3-5 Years and AM – 5 plus years of work experience

Day Shifts

Position 2:
1. Understand performance metrics.• Work closely with the customer in identifying opportunities for improvement / reasons for sub-par performance & execute on them • Actively evaluate and transfer best practices from other organisations  in the industry
2. Set goals and communicate the same to team
Ensure one-on-one meetings with team members and provide feedback
Conduct annual performance review
Sanction leave-providing infrastructure to all team members
Proactively resolve people issues and ensure that attrition is well below the defined target
3. Communicate with the customer on a regular basis to discuss operational issues, CTQ delivery and to build strong relationship
Attend customer calls and meetings
Pro-actively flag issues and prevent surprises to the Customer/Genpact
Pro-actively identify opportunities for additional business with customer
4. Prior experience in Credit & Collections as well as understanding of OTC cycle.
5. Query resolution of end customer.

Education:Min – B.Com/M.Com/ICWA.

Role:Management Trainee.

Location:Nodia

No of requirements :8

Experience:3-5 Years
Shifts:12PM – 9 PM.

Position 3
